Why Customers Buy Search Marketing?
I recently read a site that had some of the most useful content online: oneupweb.com
These guys get it. They are players. I am building my consulting business around a similiar framework. They have much more experience than I do but I feel like it's been a while since a company has been 'customer focused' rather than a tell all and hope for the best. Most of the bigger SEM firms are agencies/marketing consultants playing in a fragmented industry with everyone from dick and sally to large, conglomerate agencies trying to get a piece of their customers marketing dollars.
When evaluating SEO/SEM firms, remember to ask questions regarding their decision-making process on how they will engage with you. What i mean is what is their approach or methodology to help you meet your specific stated objectives or goals. If your SEM/SEO firm is not asking you a plethora of questions, then you should see that as a tell tale sign that they are in it just for them.
Send me an e-mail and let me know your thoughts. http://www.sebura.com
