For many "online only" businesses, there really isn't much to do here. Our credit card transactions are handled by Authorizenet, for example - they have the cardholder's card # and all that, we don't retain that data because we don't ever receive it from Authorizenet. We don't do phone orders, etc.Anyone actually holding customer credit card information on a web server is absolutely out of their mind to begin with, but I know it happens. Even if you are devoted to Google competition can only be a good thing - the better MSN the better Google needs to be. If Microsoft want to devlop MSN to take on Google and win I say good luck to them as it is we the consumer that are going to benefit. more...
