Technology and Marketing

Marketers need more time to implement programs. How many times do we hear this today? I see much of the gap between marketing and sales widening as salesforces become more dependent on sales leads from the internet. A CPO (cost per order) in relation to the the ROS (return on spend) can be said to have small impact on bottom line results if there is not clear path between what results are to be achieved.
